101 Things to do on a Rainy Day

A collection of creative (and occasionally crazy) games, activities and projects to do when you're stuck indoors - without having to go anywhere near a TV or computer screen. Grow a windowsill herb garden, make your own jigsaw, and learn to play the glasses. Get crafty with decoupage and salt dough, and play detective by dusting for fingerprints. Make a terrarium and a kaleidoscope, and have a game of Balloon Stomp or Sticky Note Scramble. Requires only household materials (and children).
