How do I make a purchase on your website?

You can browse our website by using the main menu at the top of each page to look at our collections, or find a product by searching using the search box at the top left of the screen. When you have found a product you wish to buy, click 'Add to Basket' on the product page. This will take you to the basket screen, where you can either 'Continue Shopping' to find more products, or 'Check Out' to complete your purchase and pay. Once you are happy with the products in your basket, click 'Check Out' and follow the instructions to enter your details and make payment via our secure payment gateway.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Post. For more information about our delivery times and charges please see our Delivery & Returns page.

I've changed my mind and want to return an item I bought from you online, what should I do?

That's no problem at all. All the information you need to return an item to us can be found on our Delivery & Returns page.

An item that I ordered from your website is faulty or damaged, what should I do?

I live outside of the UK, can I place an order on your website?

Unfortunately we are not currently able to accept orders from outside of the UK. We can only deliver within the UK. We're really sorry for any disappointment this may cause.

Do I have to create an account to complete my purchase?

No, you can choose to either create an account or checkout as a guest. If you choose to create an account then checking out will be even quicker next time, as your details will be remembered.
